Morning Session: Understanding the Science behind TQ.
Welcome/ Introduction to the Training Objectives for the next three days.

Success by way of TQ is a carefully defined, sequential procedure performed with a high level of personal power at each step.
A discussion on successive moments of "right now", your ability to make smarter choices and perform smarter actions, smart actions leads to positive results, poor choices produces negative results, and how success is an accumulation of positive results over time.
An overview of How to Create a Successful Future in 8 Steps:
1) Imagination: A life of Creation, Vision, Dream, Values
2) Clarification: An identification of Rewards vs Costs of your desired dream
3) Evaluation: Objective comparison of your current power vs effort required to achieve all of your current goals and obligations
4) Determination: Subjective decision to move ahead or not based on insight and commitment
5) Execution: Making the desired expectation real by way of taking action
6) Observation: Staying aware of time, your performance and your results

Night 1 -Homework is the completion of:
The TQ Mission exercise and the identification of your top 10 personal values
Identification and clarification of your top 5 existing roles... and 3 desired roles - roles that you are not now active in, but would like to create for yourself.
Written ideal vision/ideal outcome for each of these existing and desired roles
Day 2: Purpose Driven Success...
Morning Session: Creating Crystal Clear Future Expectations.
The entire Day 2 Session is devoted to your experiencing how you can put each of the TQ principles that you learned in Day one into your own life. Everyone will apply what they have learned, not only to their own life, but also by supporting and contributing to others around the table with their desired visions, goals and overall success.
Long-term Personal Success begins with a highly-defined Personal Purpose. It is where true and lasting success starts.
Background on Purpose-Driven Success...It is clear that true success is based on not only understanding your purpose in life, but actually living it each and every day. Once you can answer the question, "What is my purpose in life... What on Earth am I here for?", it immediately begs the next question which is "How in the world am I going to make this happen?!"
This, of course, is the difference between talking the talk and walking the walk. Intellectually understanding something is not the point of life.
Living it is.
Taking actions consistent with your purpose is not only powerful, but empowering... permitting you to create the life you were intended to create.
The question then becomes HOW? How do I discover my purpose... and how do I live it?
We will not tackle the theological basis of life and purpose (to Live in God's Grace,) but instead we will give you a repeatable process for immediately moving you in the direction of your dreams. To help you see and understand your "natural" mission... so you can quickly establish brilliant goals for living it. To give you the tools to make this very vague area highly clear.
Clarity of vision... leading to purpose-driven direction... leads to purpose-driven success.
Our charge here is to help you achieve an understanding and clarity of how purpose, values, vision, and roles play in your life so that you can immediately move your life in the right direction... giving you direction and purpose for every choice you make and every action you take.
And finally, To DO the mission, you must perform at the absolute top of your game.
Which leads us to the systematic approach within TQ to improve a persons performance.
Perform better and you produce better results... moving you closer to achieving your mission.
Achieve a sustained series of positive results over time, and you become successful.
Thus, the importance and benefit of a system called "Purpose Driven Success."
A quick review of the eight steps of Full Circle Success enumerated in Day 1. We will give you a hands-on, real life experience of what it will take to guarantee success in your own life. To do this, we will go into highly personalized detail of each of the 8 steps of the Full Circle Success process for each participant as follows:
1) Imagination: Creating your own written purpose/dream/vision
2) Clarification: Identifying the rewards and benefits of one of your visions, plus the obstacles and activities required to be successful.
3) Evaluation: A Color by Color review of your current power as it relates to: a) your desired vision and b) everything else that you want and/or need to accomplish within the same amount of time.
4) An opportunity to create your future by way of an actual commitment to a carefully detailed and well supported vision of how your life will turn out.
You will have now earned the right to expect the success you desire.
Afternoon Session: Brilliant Execution.
It is time to make your Expectations real.
5) Execution: A discussion on how no vision is realized without taking action over time.
Why transforming your dream into a goal is the FIRST executable.
An in-depth discussion on the 10 key Factors of setting BRILLIANT Goals.
A detailed review of the Time Prism and the current power levels of each of your individual 10 Colors.
NB: Prior to arriving here in Boulder, you MUST update your TQ scores online, both Perceived and Actual. We will then print off a fresh copy of The Power of TQ for each of you. Your personal book and Color Evaluations will be discussed at length. Please leave your EGO at home. Good or bad, we are going to turn your TQ UP by a good 40 points -- permanently!
6) Observation: A personal review of your own individual performance characteristics and the procedure that gives you the power to replace a negative characteristic with a positive.
7) Correction: An exercise that will supercharge your commitment to an improvement in your own performance as it relates to each of the 10 Colors of the Time Prism.
8) Expansion: A group conversation on creating limitless possibilities in your life as the direct result of achieving an ever widening spiral of greater and greater success through the positive Execution of power actions upon Crystal Clear Expectations.
