The TQ Energy Color In Detail...

Peak Performance requires high ENERGY and a continuous commitment to your health and fitness. You will automatically get more performance out of every minute in your day, when you put more energy into every minute you have.

If you don't have the energy to do whatever it takes, you'll never perform up to your true potential.

Even knowing what to do and how to do it makes no difference unless you have the energy to actually perform. And, to perform at the peak of your ability-to get everything you want out of every minute you have-requires a continuous commitment to a high energy level throughout your entire day.

Any reduction in personal energy translates directly into reduced productivity.

To maintain an ideal level of peak performance, you must continuously commit to your health and fitness. After all, if your body fails, you're out of the game for the duration. Committing to peak power also demands that you control, pace and renew your energy on a continuous basis. You simply can't start each morning with your battery charged, run it down all day long and expect to recharge it at night. Instead, peak performance requires recharging throughout the day-every day.

No Drainers, All Gainers...

The key is to rid your life of energy drainers, and replace them with energy gainers. This means you must ruthlessly eliminate anything that zaps your energy and produces zip in return. It also means that you must always look for and repeat the things that recharge you.

It's not complicated, and yes, you can have it all. But you'll have to commit to the 24-hour day and the 7-day week. To get the most out of life, you need the physical power to be going strong at 8:00 in the evening, as well as 10:00 in the morning.

Energize Your Prime Time 1000...

Remember, there are only 1440 minutes in a day. Subtract 440 for sleep and "hard down-time" and you're left with just 1000 Prime Minutes from which all your hopes, dreams and expectations will be realized. Since the day's over when it's over, and no one gets more time, all 1000 of your Prime Minutes must be energized to produce maximum results. By paying close attention to your nutrition, exercise and a proper balance between work and play, you can create and maintain the power necessary to keep going strong all day long.
