Simply test different diets and find out for yourself! Keep a log of everything you eat and drink, then see how you feel afterwards. By recording your reactions, you'll be able to see the relationship between what you eat and how you perform. Once this step is taken, you can make permanent changes in your diet to optimize your personal energy level.
