Are You Doing What You Love?
If you ever want to be successful at achieving your ideal vision, make sure your core values match whatever is needed to achieve your vision's goals.
You're never going to be your best when you're not happy with who you are or what you're doing.
Today's Idea For Action is from the TQ Mission Color: Continuously Reinvent Your Life -- Pursue Only the Important.

Now, ask yourself the following three questions:
- For which roles, if any, do you need either to change what you do, or change what you want?
- To achieve the goals you have set, ask yourself if the part you enjoy doing matches the part that needs to be done?
- Do you enjoy the major parts of what you need to do to achieve your career goals?
So, Just How Committed to High Achievement Are You?
Think about it. How well and how often do you actually do Mission Factor 2I? (Continuously Reinvent Your Life -- Pursue Only the Important.) No question, this is a major driver of personal and professional success.
A high commitment (2I rated 8 or better) suggests you give yourself permission to shed old characteristics in order to grow into new and improved ones. You are not the same person you were ten years ago. You're better. Your aim is higher. Times change and you are constantly redefining the desired target for what you want out of life. Your roles change, and as they do, you constantly redefine the part you will play and the ideal outcome you will produce in each role.
A lack of commitment suggests you may be exactly the same person you were ten years ago. Life changes. Circumstances change. Your roles change. People come and go. When you don't continuously confirm or redefine what you want, your values and visions tend to fade from view or get pulled off track. Once this occurs, your commitment to those values and visions tends to slip away as well. This is the first visible sign of the downward spiral of personal decline.
What happens when you do TQ Factor 2I more frequently?
You have more power. You continue to grow and evolve as you work toward new ideals.
You accumulate performance positives like "Evolving, Improving and Growing" -- immediately moving you towards the results you expect.
What happens when you fail to consistently do TQ Factor 2I?
You have less power. As time moves on, when you stay the same, you naturally fall behind.
Negatives like "Declining, Unchanging and Stagnate" start to take their toll on your performance -- quickly moving you away from the success you want.
