A high commitment (1C rated 8 or better) suggests you are commited to a strong sense of physical well-being, and make your appointments to exercise as important as anything else you do. Physical exercise gets a high priority in your daily schedule. You are self-disciplined and exercise even when you don't feel like it. You have the commitment and willingness to spend time and effort now, in exchange for increased energy, reduced stress and greater enjoyment all day long. Your energy level is consistently higher than those who don't exercise at all, and you never miss out on an opportunity because you're too tired.
A lack of commitment suggests you are someone who doesn't get the connection between sweat and success. You know that exercise increases your energy level, reduces stress and improves your attitude. But you haven't made an exercise regimen a high priority and lack the dedication to make it a regular part of your life. Without regular exercise you lack the endurance to move your goals down the path to completion. Because there's only a limited number of hours when you are "actively in the game," there's a big imbalance between what you want out of life and what you get out of it.
