The Goal:
Increase the GDP of the United States of America 3% in 10 years by training our people to out-think... out-smart... out-hustle... out perform... out-compete... and out produce the rest of the world.
America must compete based on VALUE... not just PRODUCTIVITY. Our expectation is to help 80% of working Americans improve their individual "Price to Value Ratios" (PVR) by 20%.
Key Business Objective:
Become the # 1 Training Portal in the world through strategic alliances with the top 10 Career Portals on the web. (Monster, CareerBuilder, Hot Jobs, etc.)
Customer Activity:
Our expectation is to have 20 million registered users by 2007, with 500 million client interactions each month.
Shareholder Value:
ThinkTQ, Inc. is a privately held, Colorado corporation. Our financial goal is to brand TQ as the new form of "working intelligence", and create $3-5 Billion in shareholder value over the next 5 years.
Exit Strategy:

Eric. R. Haas, CEO
As a lifelong entrepreneur and founder of several successful businesses, Haas has the depth of experience and forward thinking that is critical to the development and full commercial exploitation of ThinkTQ.com.
Kent Madson, VP Business DevelopmentAs a self-professed "training junkie" and a lifelong student of personal performance and time management, Kent brings firsthand knowledge and experience to the project. Kent supervised the research team of 30 and is a co-author.
Michael Long, VP Technical Development, CTO
Michael has over 20 years of advanced, business commercial applications development experience. Michael has the ability to create system architectures that are highly effective and efficient, and can develop them in mission-critical time and environments.
Jan Haas, VP Operations
Jan has a proven track record in management and business operations and is responsible for the execution of all administrative functions.
Dale Hess, VP Marketing
Dale's marketing and design team is responsible for all facets of design, including the web site and support materials. Dale's company, Spark, is a full-service brand development and marketing promotions firm, offering key concept advertising, packaging and executional services.
Mardi Durgin, VP Sales
Mardi brings over 20 years of training, sales and management experience to the group. As a national sales manager for Samsonite, she managed 65 people and every business aspect for the non-retail division, which was the first to conduct e-Commerce sales.
Mark Nelson, Strategic Advisor, Business Development
Business development executive with 16 years experience at director to vice president levels, working in growth-oriented organizations across a diverse set of businesses. Experience spans founding bare-bones startups, raising private capital, through IPO and acquisitions, to participating in everyday management of maturing businesses, including one year of international experience.
Dan Shafer, VP Media Relations, PR and Advisor to CEO
Dan has been involved with the world of online communications as a user, pundit, programmer, and author, since well before the internet emerged into importance. He was one of the early users of CompuServe when it was a proprietary system. He remains an active and visible part of the online community.
