Are You Dreading Your Next Task?
When confronted with an unpleasant problem or task, deal with it immediately instead of wasting time worrying about it. This will free up your attention, and allow you to be more productive with the time remaining .
A thing begun is a thing half done. When faced with an unpleasant task, either begin with the easy part to build momentum, or do the most difficult part first to get yourself over the hump.

You instantly feel a release of new energy and enthusiasm that you can now apply to whatever is next on your list of things to do.
A lack of commitment suggests you are someone who lets unpleasant tasks linger and weigh on your mind. The same undesirable task keeps moving from today's to-do list to tomorrow's -- and drains your energy every time you think about it. This worry drags your other activities down as well. Regretably, you rarely understand the true cost of these delays, and suffer far longer than necessary.
What happens when you do TQ Factor 10E more frequently?
