There are experiences that are pleasurable and ones that are painful, but there are no "bad" experiences. You may have to look harder sometimes for the good, but every experience can be a valuable teacher.

You can focus on the best in every situation or you can focus on the worst. There's a problem in every opportunity and an opportunity in every problem. Interpret the facts negatively and you're left with little power and fewer opportunities.
